The doors are re-opening starting Sunday September 13th and we want you to join us!
We have been preparing for this day and your health and safety have been at the forefront of that process. New protocols have been put in place, seats are socially distanced, and the building has been professionally treated for air contaminants including COVID 19.
In order to attend worship service, you’ll need to register so we can keep our numbers low and within the state’s limits. Follow the link below to register
Before registering, please consider the following:
Am I showing symptoms of COVID-19? (Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea).
- Do I have a temperature of 99 or higher?
- Have I had exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
(less than 6 feet for more than 10 minutes.)
- Is there any medical reason why I believe I shouldn’t be around others?
Have you return from travel to a state or territory under New York State travel restrictions within the past 14 days: Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Guam, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, Nevada, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Virgin Islands, Wisconsin
